About Oasis Foundation
A Non-Governmental Organization registered under the Karnataka Society Registration Act, 1960, working for the integrated development of human and natural resources since 2010.
Two decades of grassroots experience
Oasis Foundation for Human & Natural Resource Development operates in five districts of Karnataka through regional offices, focusing on training, consultancy and the field implementation of development projects. Our core members bring 20 to 30 years of experience and are dedicated to serving marginalized communities.
We remain secular, non-political and professionally managed, upholding fine human values in everything we do.

Foundation established
Registered under the Karnataka Society Registration Act, inspired by Mahatma Gandhi's thoughts on self-reliant villages.
International recognition
Our Executive Director served as Vice President (Quality Improvement) for the Network of Volunteer Development in Asia (NVDA).
Statewide expansion
Regional offices established across five Karnataka districts — Mysore, Tumkur, Hubli, Hassan and Haveri.

Mr. C. Doreswamy
Founder & Executive Director with 35+ years of experience in NGOs. An expert in planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of a wide range of development programs, he has undertaken many national and international consultancy projects. He served as Vice President (Quality Improvement) for the Network of Volunteer Development in Asia (NVDA) during 2014–16. His core expertise spans Watershed Management, Tree-Based Farming, Organic Farming, Community Organization and CSR Projects. He is a trained Auditor of ISO Standards, widely known in national and international Natural Resource Management communities.
Mr. Madhusudhana H.T
President with 20 years of experience in the Rural Development sector across both NGO and Government settings. He is an expert in project formulation, planning, implementation, monitoring, process documentation and evaluation. He has worked extensively in agriculture and allied activities, with deep expertise in sustainable agriculture farming, and is a known speaker on the subject.
Smt. Ambikamma
Director with more than 15 years of experience in the NGO sector, specialized in Community Organization, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood promotion. She is a trainer for Government and NGOs on People's Organizations, Women Empowerment and Microfinance for Livelihood, and has represented the foundation on many national forums.
Mr. Prakash C. Koshti
A seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the development sector, specializing in community organization, training, documentation, counseling and guideline creation. His project involvement includes Jalsamvardhane Yojana, Jalnirmal, and the Swachh Bharat Mission. He served as a Senior Social Development Officer in the Belagavi Smart City Project and is a recognized guest lecturer and resource person.
Mr. Shankar Naik
Director with more than 30 years of service in the health sector of Government departments. A committed social worker, he is deeply passionate about working with rural communities.
Mr. B.M. Manjesha
Director with more than five years of experience in the development sector, specializing in Sustainable Agriculture and community mobilization. He has worked across several social service organizations.
Mr. B. Manjunatha
Director with 20 years of experience in the development sector, expert in Community Organization, Organic Farming, Sustainable Agriculture and Watershed Management. He coordinates international volunteers for intercultural learning and has been deeply involved in the conservation of Olive Ridley Sea Turtles along the Karnataka coast, organizing awareness events for fishermen communities and school children.
